Made from a blend of French clones, the fruit is locally produced and aged in a combination of new and used French oak, producing a soft and approachable style. Unassuming and characterised by a lovely minerality, this wine can - and should - be enjoyed on any occasion!
TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Golden Straw
Aromas: Melon, orange zest, cashews, vanilla, orange blossom and hints of cardamon.
Palate: Soft, approachable and well rounded. Kaffir lime acid provides a delicate backbone. Papaya, kiwi fruit and sherbet towards the finish. A perfect introductory Chardonnay!
