Fiesta Late Picked Verdelho 2023

Verdelho grapes are left on the vine to achieve a sweeter but dry style. The grapes are handpicked and basket pressed straight to tank the following day. A selected yeast strain is added for ferment and then the ferment is ceased just before dry so the residual sugar left gives a hint of sweetness. The wine is a crisp, fresh style of tropical fruits. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Colour: Pale straw

Aromas: Hints of jasmine and tropical fruits

Palate: Well balanced, soft and generous, with green pineapple and pink lady apples. A clean and juicy acidity on the finish.
