A delicious, dry white vermouth made with our estate grown Fiano. Sea spray and pithy lemon notes from the Fiano are complimented by out blend of 23 homegrown and locally sourced botanicals. Delicate floral aromas sit alongside bitter orange peel and subtle spice with the finish exhibiting a stylistic absinthal note. Enjoy chilled, neat or on the rocks with a splash of soda and an orange wedge.
