Aromas: Lovely lift. Baked rhubarb pie. Hints of liquorice and plum.
Palate: Medium bodied with soft, enveloping palate weight and texture. Plum, hints of cedar and forest floor. Complex palate with earthiness but with a lovely vanilla finish. Tannins are fine and almost chalk like.
