Our GSM is a blend of Garnacha, Shiraz and Monastrell fruit, all grown on our property. All three parcels of fruit used for the blend are vinified individually. Maturation is 10 months in a combination of new and old French oak barriques before blending. This is a wonderful expression of GSM that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of plum, ripe cherry and raspberry. Medium bodied palate, rich brooding fruit, plums, earthy spice. Soft tannins and long lingering finish.
