Made from our Verdehlo grapes, the fruit it handpicked and the fermented on skins. Fermentation is halted using grape and brandy spirit before the wine is aged in old French oak barrels. Using the Solera system, we blend a combination of vintages to add both depth and freshness to each bottle.
Notes of caramelised orange, toffee and apricot marmalade.
